We do not sell a website, then a booking add-on, then an automation retainer. There is one thing to buy and these are the parts of it. Each part is useless without the others: a site with no booking is a brochure, and booking with nobody answering the follow-up is a form.
The system
What gets built, and what keeps running afterwards
The first two are built once and handed over — accounts in your name, code you could take to another developer. The last two keep running every day, which is why they carry a monthly fee. You cannot take the automation without the site, because the site is what the customer is standing on when the automation starts.
The business website
Timeline
4–6 weeks
A site for a person on a phone who needs this dealt with. Fast, legible, and organised around the three questions that decide whether they contact you: are you taking new customers, what it will cost, and how soon can they be seen. It exists to get someone to the booking form, so every page is built pointing at it.
Under two seconds to first paint on a mid-range Android phone
Pricing page with your actual numbers
A page per procedure you want more of, written to rank
Locations, hours, parking and what the first visit is like
WCAG 2.1 AA — a requirement, not an upgrade
What you get
Design system and page designs
Built and deployed site
CMS access for your team
Analytics and search console
Handover document and training call
The booking form
Timeline
2–3 weeks, in parallel with the site
The difference between a request form and a booking is whether the customer walks away with a time. We build the second one, against your real availability, with your real rules. This is the centre of the system — everything else on the site is arranged to get someone here, and everything after it exists to make sure they arrive.
Two-way sync with your calendar, CRM or booking system
Per-person, per-service and per-location availability
Appointment length and buffers that match how you actually run
Blocks your team can protect and the system will never touch
New-customer forms completed before arrival
What you get
Booking flow, mobile-first
Business management integration
Digital intake forms
Front-desk runbook and overrides
The AI assistant on the site
Timeline
1–2 weeks, after the site is up
A customer who is not ready to pick a time still has a question, and an unanswered question is where most visits end. The assistant answers it from your business's own information, in about five seconds, then hands the customer to the booking form with the answer already given. It never guesses, and it never gives clinical advice.
Answers in about five seconds, day or night
Answers only from your approved knowledge base
Hands off to the booking form once the question is settled
Escalates anything sensitive or unusual to a human, with the thread attached
Says plainly when it does not know rather than inventing an answer
What you get
Assistant trained on your documents
Knowledge base you can correct
Escalation and handoff rules
Readable transcript of every conversation
Automated replies on WhatsApp and email
Timeline
2 weeks, alongside the assistant
Customers message the way they message everyone else, and they do it after you have closed. The same assistant answers on WhatsApp and on email in about five seconds, offers real appointment times, and follows up when a conversation goes quiet — so an inquiry that arrives at 9pm on a Friday is not sitting untouched on Monday morning.
First reply in about five seconds, on either channel
Books, reschedules and cancels against live availability
Booking confirmations, then reminders before the appointment
Follow-up when a customer starts and does not finish
Every conversation logged and readable by your team
What you get
WhatsApp Business Platform account in your name
Email sending infrastructure and consent handling
Reply, follow-up and reminder messages, approved by you
Team training on the shared inbox

Services FAQ
Asked before signing
No. We integrate with what you already run. If your software genuinely has no way in — some older on-premise installs do not — we will tell you at the audit stage rather than after you have paid for a build.
Usually not, and we would rather say so than take the money. The booking form, the assistant and the replies all read from the same content and the same availability, and on most existing business sites that content is either missing or wrong. If your current site is genuinely good, say so at the audit and we will tell you honestly whether it can carry the rest.
Yes. One knowledge base, one set of escalation rules, three places a customer can reach it. When you correct something, it is corrected everywhere at once — which is the main reason this is sold as one system rather than three.
It says so, and it offers the thing a person actually wants at that point — a time on the schedule, or a human. It does not guess, it does not give professional advice, and it never quotes a price we have not agreed with you.
You own the words; we structure them. We interview the people who do the work, shape what they tell us into pages and into the assistant's knowledge base, and you approve all of it. We do not run photo shoots and we do not sell content marketing.
We keep it live until the new one is ready, map every existing URL so you do not lose search rankings, and switch over at a time your team picks.
Roughly six to eight hours across the whole build: a kickoff, a scheduling-rules session, a content interview per team member, and two review rounds. We schedule all of it around clinic hours.
Start with the audit, not the invoice
We will show you what your business loses in a normal week before you decide whether any of this is worth buying.
