Privacy policy

If you fill in the contact or audit form, we collect what you type: your name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field. If you use the assistant, we keep the conversation.

We use it to reply to you, to run the audit you asked for, and to improve the site and the assistant. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not run one.

For businesses we work with, our systems handle customer contact details and appointment information. That data lives in accounts registered to the business, not to Nightbell. We hold access rather than custody, and that access is removable on request.

Where a vendor in the chain is required to sign a Business Associate Agreement, we use vendors that will and help the business put one in place. We design so that the minimum necessary information is collected to book an appointment.

Website inquiries that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Assistant conversations are kept for TODO: retention period. Business data is retained on the schedule agreed in that business's engagement, and returned or deleted on request when an engagement ends.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nightbellhq.com and we will action it within thirty days. If you have opted into messages from us or from a business we work with, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or by telling us, and it takes effect immediately on every channel.
